One person reads this inbox, so replies are human but not instant. Anything below is fair game.
The fastest way to reach us, for anything on this page:
hello@qaladder.orgWhat to get in touch about
- Something's wrong. A broken page, a bug in a tool, a factual mistake in an answer. Include the URL — it makes fixing it much faster.
- Account and data requests. Deletion, a copy of your data, or a correction. Email from the address you signed up with so we can match the account.
- Content suggestions. A question the bank should cover, a topic the roadmap skips, a tool that would earn its place.
- Permission to reuse something. See the terms for what's already allowed without asking.
- Security issues. If you've found a vulnerability, please report it privately rather than publicly, and give us a reasonable window to fix it. Responsible reports are appreciated, not treated as hostile.
- It helped. Genuinely useful to hear, and it's what decides what gets built next.
What we can't help with
Being straight about this saves us both time:
- Job placement or referrals. QALadder teaches and prepares — it isn't a recruiter and has no hiring relationships.
- Doing your take-home for you. The guide covers how to approach one, which is the part that transfers.
- Guest posts, link exchanges and paid placements. No to all three, always. Every link on this site is editorial.
- One-on-one tutoring. There's no capacity for it. The AI assistant answers testing questions any time, free.
Before you email
A few things already have answers: the about page covers what this is and who builds it, the privacy policy covers what's stored and who sees it, and the terms cover what you may do with the content. For an actual testing question — "why is my test flaky", "what should I say when they ask X" — the AI assistant will answer faster than we will.
Frequently asked questions
How do I delete my QALadder account?
Email hello@qaladder.org from the address you signed up with and ask for deletion. Your account, progress and chat history are removed — there's no retention period and no confirmation gauntlet. See the privacy policy for what's stored in the first place.
How do I report a mistake in the content?
Email the page URL and what's wrong. Corrections are genuinely welcome and get priority over feature requests — the material is only useful if it's right, and readers catch things the author doesn't.
Can I republish QALadder content on my site?
Short quotes with a link back are fine without asking. For anything more substantial, email and ask — the answer is often yes for non-commercial educational use. Code samples can be reused freely with no attribution.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Usually within a few days. This is a free site maintained by one person alongside a job, so it isn't a support desk. Bug reports and content corrections get looked at first.
